Being Indo-European myself — and having cultural fluency in both places — inspired me to connect my two worlds. I realized there was a gap — a need for consulting that is European in its standards but Indian in its execution. Alliança Vinayaka was built to bridge that gap — to help European firms enter India with clarity, confidence, and cultural intelligence. We live in a global world. At Alliança Vinayaka, we intend on working with European SME’s seeking to expand into the Indian market — a market rich in potential but layered with complexity. We are a boutique digital consultancy operating via WHOP, committed to offering custom, high-touch advisory services that consist of strategic market research and regulatory clarity. Our strength lies in understanding both worlds — delivering the precision and structured approach of European consulting, combined with the flexibility and insight required for success in India. The Board
Felix Schneider
Felix brings a strategic mindset and a dynamic leadership presence to Alliança Vinayaka. He has a strong academic foundation in business, mathematics, and politics, complemented by leadership experience outside the classroom. This background supports his ambition to combine analytical thinking with a people-first approach.
Felix is currently preparing to study business and economics, with a particular focus on emerging markets, an area that directly aligns with Alliança Vinayaka’s mission of facilitating global expansion. Alongside his studies, he is gaining practical business experience by working as a sales assistant at HUGO BOSS and in software at MRH Trowe, a global insurance broker.
His experience includes customer service, event coordination, and team leadership in both Germany and the UK. Fluent in German and English, Felix brings valuable cross-cultural insight and a strong regional perspective to the founding team, making him a strong candidate to support EU businesses in their global expansion.

Sameer Sagar is a seasoned corporate lawyer with expertise in foreign investment, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. He has advised international clients on market entry and commercial strategy in India, and has appeared before the Supreme Court and key regulatory tribunals.
At Vinayaka, Sameer brings critical legal insight to help our clients navigate India’s regulatory environment with confidence. He holds an LLB from Delhi University, is a qualified Company Secretary, and has a Diploma in Securities & Banking Law from the Indian Law Institute. He is also admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Bar Association of India.
With a deep understanding of Indian legal and business frameworks, Sameer ensures our clients lay a solid, compliant foundation as they enter and grow in the Indian market.
