Having grown up across Europe, UK & Asia. I have a deep insight into how markets operate across different regions. My British education, combined with linguistic capabilities in English, French, Portuguese and Hindi, helps me to understand the cultural and operational realities of doing business internationally.
As a competitive golfer at an international level, I’ve grown up with discipline, risk management and performance under pressure. More importantly, it’s built networks across the world’s most influential circles.

Felix Schneider
Felix brings a strategic mindset and analytical approach to Alliança Vinayaka. With a strong academic foundation in business, mathematics, and politics, combined with leadership experience in Germany and the UK, he brings a disciplined and forward-thinking perspective to investment decisions.
Currently preparing to study business and economics, Felix has developed a strong interest in financial markets and long-term capital allocation. His focus lies in identifying high-quality opportunities across public equities and other markets, with the goal of creating sustainable long-term value.
Alongside his studies, Felix is gaining practical business experience at HUGO BOSS and MRH Trowe, a global insurance broker. Fluent in German and English, he contributes an international perspective, commercial awareness, and a research-driven mindset to Alliança Vinayaka’s investment strategy.

Sameer Sagar
Indian Legal Analyst
Sameer Sagar is a seasoned corporate lawyer with expertise in foreign investment, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance. He has advised international clients on market entry and commercial strategy in India, and has appeared before the Supreme Court and key regulatory tribunals.
At Vinayaka, Sameer brings critical legal insight to help our clients navigate India’s regulatory environment with confidence. He holds an LLB from Delhi University, is a qualified Company Secretary, and has a Diploma in Securities & Banking Law from the Indian Law Institute. He is also admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Bar Association of India.
With a deep understanding of Indian legal and business frameworks, Sameer ensures our clients lay a solid, compliant foundation as they enter and grow in the Indian market.
